Headquartered in Denver with a growing UK office, Mogl is scaling quickly, and we’re looking for marketers who want to grow with us.

 

Why This Role Matters

As Director of Marketing, you will lead the full marketing function across Mogl’s portfolio - including Mogl Growth, Mogl Retail, Mogl Data, and our expanding international business. This role replaces the current hybrid Head of Marketing/Mogl Data position and will be responsible for setting strategy, elevating the brand, and driving measurable demand and awareness across all markets.

You’ll manage a high-performing team, including our Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Manager, while working closely with Client Services, Sales, and Data leadership. If you’re energized by building multi-product strategy, shaping a brand with momentum, and creating marketing systems that scale, this is a role with meaningful impact and ownership.

What You’ll Do

Lead Mogl’s Marketing Strategy

  • Set the multi-product marketing strategy across Growth, Retail, Data, and International markets.
  • Develop quarterly plans, KPIs, and measurement frameworks that tie directly to pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with executives across Client Services, Sales, and Data to ensure alignment.
     

Own Brand, Positioning & Messaging

  • Build and evolve Mogl’s brand architecture and product-level narratives.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across web, content, campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Lead product marketing for new features, launches, and GTM motions.
     

Drive Demand & Acquisition

  • Oversee full-funnel demand generation programs while guiding channel owners (Demand Gen Manager).
  • Set goals, budgets, and channel strategies for paid and organic acquisition.
  • Review funnel performance and optimize based on data, performance, and business needs.
     

Lead Content & Thought Leadership

  • Oversee development of case studies, insights, whitepapers, product collateral, and sales enablement.
  • Work with Mogl Data to translate insights into compelling storytelling for the market.
  • Ensure we publish a steady cadence of content that reinforces our category authority.
     

Scale International Marketing

  • Build localized messaging and GTM plans for new regions.
  • Partner with UK and future international teams to support launches, events, and demand programs.
     

Manage & Develop the Marketing Team

  • Lead, coach, and support two direct reports: Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Manager.
  • Help the team prioritize, build repeatable systems, and scale efficiently.
  • Manage agency and vendor partners.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, data, media, or adtech marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience across brand, demand, and product marketing.
  • Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline and leading multi-channel strategy.
  • Comfortable partnering with data teams and turning insights into market-facing stories.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a marketing team.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience supporting international marketing programs is a plus.

This role is hybrid based in Denver, CO, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We’ve built a collaborative office culture, including team lunches on Tuesdays.

 

Please note this role is only open to candidates in the Denver, CO area. This role is hybrid, and will work from our downtown Denver office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. We have created a great office environment with team lunches on Tuesday and downtown parking stipends. 

The estimated pay range for this role is a base salary of $150,000-$170,000 with a quarterly commission package that will be discussed before the official offer. 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
