Director of Client Services
Mogl is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead and scale our post-sale Client Services team, bringing deep expertise in Demand Side Platform (DSP) enablement and a strong passion for client success.
In this role, you will lead a pod-based structure—both taking on existing pods and building new ones—while actively coaching team members and staying close to the work. You will bring hands-on experience across Trader and Account Manager functions, with a deep understanding of how to drive execution and performance across campaigns.
You will lead client meetings, guide team communication, and ensure strong alignment across stakeholders. You have experience managing reporting structures and developing teams through effective training and onboarding, including leading team-wide training to continuously raise the bar.
With extensive knowledge of DSPs and the broader AdTech ecosystem—ideally including The Trade Desk—you serve as a trusted advisor to partners and a credible authority within your team. You also know how to multi-thread across existing client relationships, building deeper partnerships and unlocking new growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Optimize a scaled portfolio of business across key clients through management of multiple client Pods comprised of Account Managers and Media Trading Specialists
- Evolve and execute Mogl’’s “Upstream” Program across the organization with pillars focusing on client Education, Relationship, Storytelling, and Performance
- Act as the key liaison with senior Agency and Brand Leaders while driving advertiser performance with day-to-day platform operators Partner with the Director of Sales to facilitate the onboarding and ongoing management of new client partnerships
- Serve on the leadership team as the key client-facing executive and architect of processes and procedures that foster long-term client partnership success and growth
- Help build our trading best practices, including creating training collateral and internal resources; work in defining the future of the trading discipline for the company.
- Work with internal teams to create 12-month growth strategies centered on RTB buying strategies, optimization algorithms, and data visualization
- Become a leader in best practices for The Trade Desk platform and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the platform’s functionality
- Visiting clients on-site, being part of in-person client trainings and events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years previous work in relevant Account Management, Client Service, Client Success or sales roles
- 4+ years of management experience over seeing programmatic account manager or traders
- Previous Ad Operations experience and fluency in a programmatic media buying technology/platform a plus
- Strong work ethic and autonomous initiative; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Leadership experience within hyper-growth environments; demonstrated ability to make rapid decisions and problem-solve in a hyper-growth environment
- Experience using Salesforce
- Ability to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions

Please note this role is only open to Denver-based employees. The role will be working from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays in downtown Denver.
The information below is provided for those hired in Colorado only.
- The estimated Colorado-based pay range for this role is a base salary of $150,000-$165,000, depending on experience, plus a quarterly incentive bonus.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
