Office Manager
Ventura Growth is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of our first-ever office manager. If you excel at problem-solving, building relationships, and organizing processes and events, this opportunity is perfect for you.
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks at our downtown office in Denver to ensure smooth operations. Your duties will include working with building management, managing office supplies, supervising administrative staff, budget management, and supporting staff with tasks such as scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, professional, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution to the efficiency of our business will be crucial as you provide personalized and timely support to the entire office.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and poise in private conversations, public engagements, and client-facing scenarios
- Coordinate company events, meetings, team lunches, and celebrations, fostering a positive and inclusive office culture

- Assist with office layout planning and our office move
- Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a functional workspace
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events (we plan two company summits a year, a customer peak week, volunteer events, and monthly company activities
- Coordinate client and employee gifting – ordering gifts, shipping, etc
- Calendar management for the executive team (meetings, phone calls, interviews, etc)Meetings and offsite event management for the executive team (scheduling, purchases, etc)
- Coordinate with third parties as needed for IT-related issues (i.e. computer issues, network issues, etc.
- Managing expenses monthly via Justworks for all company expenses
- Work with Travel Agent and Vendors to secure the best pricing for our traveling team members

Please note this role is only open to Denver-based employees. The role will be working from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays in downtown Denver. Candidates outside the Denver Area will not be eligible.
The information below is provided for those hired in Colorado only.
- The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is a base salary of $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
- This role will include additional stipeneds and a quarterly bonus opportunity
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
