WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A client services pro on The Trade Desk Platform. You’re comfortable managing and growing many client accounts, and can prioritize between many different things at once. You love learning new technology and teaching it to others. You’re as comfortable diving into Excel to improve a campaign as when meeting a client out for a happy hour. You’re a self-starter and can set your own priorities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • Manage and grow a roster of client accounts (agency and brand direct), ensuring overall excellent client satisfaction at every partnership touchpoint
  • Partner with clients from campaign inception through campaign conclusion, acting as point-person for proposals and optimization suggestions throughout the process
  • Work closely with the Sales and Trading team to qualify, rapidly onboard new customers
  • Be point person for building the client narrative in such a way that always positions Ventura as the solution provider
  • Work closely with Sales to identify ways to grow current accounts
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform, and offer insights and teach clients on how to improve campaigns
  • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added to The Trade Desk
  • Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
  • Monitor campaign to measure performance, implement solutions and create recap decks
  • Visiting clients on-site and being part of client trainings and events 


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university
  • Excellent communicator through email, phone conversations, and PowerPoint; outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Clear relationship management skills, including but not limited to setting clear meeting agendas, running meetings, and follow-up
  • Experience in creating and implementing digital media strategies that drive measurable business performance
  • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and ad servers; direct experience with TheTradeDesk Platform is a plus
  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies
  • Effective time management skills – the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management a plus

Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. The information below is provided for those hired in Colorado only. 

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is a base salary of $70,000 - $85,000

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, company stipends for specific perks, flexible time off, and paid parental leave.
