WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

A programmatic professional with hands-on keyboard experience in The Trade Desk Platform. You’re comfortable planning, setting up, and executing campaigns from start to finish with a keen eye to drive client performance. You love learning new technology and teaching it to others. You’re as comfortable diving into reporting to improve a managed campaign as you are with explaining optimization best practices to a self-serve client.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Train new and existing clients on all areas of the platform with an emphasis on onboarding clients for self-service
  • Own the trading efforts for a portfolio of clients made up of small to medium-sized agencies & brands
  • Responsible for developing strategy, setup, and execution of campaigns that accomplish client objectives either manually or through client execution on a self-serve model
  • Provide ongoing performance updates and create compelling wrap-up decks with data visualizations and campaign performance narratives
  • Communicate complicated concepts to audiences with various levels of knowledge
  • Support Sales and Account Management teams with in-depth product knowledge
  • Assist in onboarding new trading hires
  • Visiting clients on-site and being part of client trainings and events
 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3-5 years of total work experience in the programmatic marketing space
  • At least one year of experience buying media with The Tradedesk platform
  • You're a confident communicator that works effectively with both internal teams and external partners. A teaching skill set; ability to grow client understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and their knowledge of DSP features. 
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to pull key insights out of large data sets
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities. You embrace problem-solving!
  • Effective time management skills

Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. The information below is provided for those hired in Colorado only. 

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is a base salary of $70,000 - $95,000

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, company stipends for specific perks, flexible time off, and paid parental leave.
