We’re looking for a driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident and well organized closer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You’ll convert inbound leads into revenue, from first discovery through final signature.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll manage leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, website inquiries, and partner referrals. You’ll conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored demos of The Trade Desk and Walmart Connect platforms, and close new business, — driving revenue growth from first contact through signed agreement.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Outbound Sales, Channel Partners (TTD & WMC) and Client Services to ensure seamless handoffs, client satisfaction, and long-term success.

Who You Are

  • You have 3-5 years of digital media or adtech sales experience, ideally with exposure to programmatic advertising or DSPs (experience with The Trade Desk is a high priority).
  • You’re a proven closer who consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with the ability to lead discovery conversations and deliver persuasive demos.
  • You understand how to identify client needs and align them with the right media and data-driven solutions.
  • You’re comfortable working in a remote environment and managing a fast-moving pipeline with precision.
  • You’re well-versed in Salesforce and familiar with using tools like LinkedIn Navigator and email sequencing platforms to optimize your outreach.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment where curiosity, selflessness, and performance drive every decision.

What You Will Do

  • Convert inbound leads into qualified, closed-won opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging discovery calls to uncover client needs and marketing objectives.
  • Deliver tailored tech demos showcasing The Trade Desk platform and Mogl’s self-service & managed-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Partner with outbound sales to ensure alignment across all stages of the funnel.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client handoff.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts within Mogl’s CRM.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to better advise clients.

This role is only open to candidates in all regions of the US. For candidates based in Denver, Colorado, this position is hybrid and works from our downtown Denver office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. We have built a great in-office environment with team lunches every Tuesday.

The estimated pay range for this role is a base salary of $85,000-$100,000 with a commission package that will be discussed before the official offer.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
