Marketing Coordinator
The Mogl team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help execute and grow our marketing initiatives across digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership of projects, and contributing to a fast-growing adtech company.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute content, manage campaigns, support demand generation efforts, and strengthen Mogl's brand presence. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while learning the ins and outs of programmatic advertising and B2B SaaS marketing.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, advertising, or a startup environment.
- You have a passion for, or curiosity about, programmatic advertising and adtech.
- You're highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You're an excellent written communicator with strong attention to detail.
- You're creative, proactive, and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table.
- You're comfortable working independently while collaborating across marketing, sales, and client services.
- You're excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a growing team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools.
- Write and edit blog posts, customer stories, emails, and other marketing content.
- Manage our content calendar and collaborate on content execution.
- Manage our LinkedIn presence and collaborate with the team to build brand authority.
- Update and maintain website content in Webflow.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and the company newsletter in HubSpot.
- Coordinate marketing support for industry conferences, client events, webinars, and company-sponsored events, including logistics, promotional materials, social media coverage, and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate marketing projects and keep timelines on track using Asana.
- Collaborate with sales and client services to develop marketing materials and enablement content.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend new ideas to improve performance.
- Support additional marketing initiatives as the company grows.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar years of working experience in a marketing role
- 2–3 years of professional marketing experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform preferred.
- Experience managing social media for a business.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative startup environment.
- Experience with programmatic advertising is a major plus.

Please note this role is only open to Denver-based employees. The role will be working from the Mogl office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The information below is provided for those hired in Denver only.
- The estimated Denver-based pay range for this role is a base salary of $68,000-$75,000, depending on experience, plus a quarterly incentive bonus.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
