The Director of Channel Partnerships is an integral part of the organization that will lead the business development, planning, execution and monetization of channel/partner relationships while customizing and optimizing programs to help grow our partners to their fullest potential. 

The ideal candidate has deep relationships within the advertising/technology ecosystem and must thrive in an entrepreneurial and cross-functional environment.  We are looking for someone with the desire to drive demonstrable impact through strategic partnerships that support our rapid client growth. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • Evaluating and analyzing partnership pillars that can add value to current and future Mogl clients and the entire organization - both in our core TTD DSP Certified Service Partner (reseller) organization as well as our Data/Analytics practice (often with crossover in between the two)
  • Business/Partnership Development - engaging, evaluating, building, and managing mutually beneficial partnership structures across a variety of industry verticals (see below)
  • Develop, implement, and support all client-facing “Peak Business Plans” by leading and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across the internal executive team, sales, and clients services by operating as the key resource and subject matter expert internally and externally
  • Lead executive-level partner management & relationship building to influence and collaborate to land the ideal solutions and methodology tailored to partner’s unique needs. 
  • Consult and provide thought leadership to partners at all seniority levels, both existing and new, across audience segmentation, measurement and innovation. Our goal is to provide revenue growth and optimal media performance & ROI for our partners
  • Recruit and build a world-class team to support the growth of our Channel/Partnership practice 
  • Partnership Verticals will include: 
    • Measurement and Research: Incremental Lift, Sales Attribution 
    • Creative: dynamic creative optimization (DCO), Creative development, generative AI,  
    • Brand Safety: DV, IAS
    • SSP’s: Place Exchange, Vistar, Magnite, Pubmatic 
    • Data: location, sales intent, & 1st party data activation (UID 2 & LiveRamp)
    • Retail: potentially create and foster RMN relationships with WMC, Roundel, Kroger, Albertsons, Costco, Dollar General Etc. 
 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Clear understanding and alignment with Mogl’s values and culture
  • 4+ years of experience creating and building differentiated relationships with 3rd party partners
  • Deep expertise and relationships within the Advertising/Marketing Technology vertical (including the above listed verticals) including experience in creating and implementing digital media strategies that drive measurable business performance (experience in working with The Trade Desk is a plus)
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic business development that has driven measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communicator through email, phone conversations, and presentations; outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Clear relationship management skills including but not limited to setting clear meeting agendas, running meetings, and follow-up.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies
  • Effective time management skills – the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, both internally and externally

Please note this role is open to candidates across all relevant US markets. The information below is provided for those hired in Colorado only.

  • The estimated pay range for this role is a base salary of $130,000-$160,000 with a commission package that will be discussed before the official offer.
  • The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.  

If you are applying from Denver, this role is hybrid, and will work from our downtown Denver office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. We have created a great office environment with team lunches on Tuesday.
