Mogl is hiring a Customer Success Manager, Digital Advertising & Data Solutions. As a Customer Success Manager at Mogl Data, you will step into a role where your digital expertise and organizational skills directly shape client outcomes. You will get to work across industries and platforms, gaining visibility into how data drives decision-making from strategy through execution.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE 

  • Lead day-to-day project management and act as a trusted point of contact for clients.
  • Build and manage project plans, tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate client requirements into clear next steps and coordinate inputs across teams.
  • Drive meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and follow-ups that keep projects moving.
  • Package deliverables into polished outputs including decks, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support QA and light updates to client dashboards and reporting outputs.
  • Help connect the dots between digital campaign metrics and client business goals.
  • Oversee release management by coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of client projects and updates.
 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • 3–5 years of project management, client delivery, or account management experience.
  • A strong foundation in digital advertising is essential. You understand campaign metrics and how they vary across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards, reporting tools, or marketing technology.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Github Projects, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to connect project execution to broader client goals and organizational strategy.

Please note this role is only open to candidates in the Denver, CO area. This role is hybrid, and will work from our downtown Denver office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. We have created a great office environment with team lunches on Tuesday and down parking perks.

The estimated pay range for this role is a base salary of $90,000-$110,000 with a commission package that will be discussed before the official offer.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
